Joab Meadows b. abt. 1800, my first connection of him is in Floyd Co., Ky. My great grandfather Jackson R. Meadows was b. in Floyd Co. They moved into Greenup County and were in the 1860 census. Jackson was b. in 1850. Joab was m. to Hannah Minnow. No more information only that Joab must have died before 1870. He was not with them in the 1870 census.
